About
Straight frm the streets of Deep South Texas, the Yung Thugz blend the musical influence of traditional hip-hop, southern blues, R&B and the evolutionary crunk music to form a sound that is both street and primed for mass appeal. Formed in 2004 this duo has undertaken the difficult task of bringning mainstream hip-hop to a perdominatly underground Southe Texas rap scene. Following th elikes of rappers such as Lil Flip, Mike Jones, and Paul Wall the duo looks to broaden and market their sound to an expanding and more diverse rap audience.
From the inception, Carlos "Yung Los" Garza and Bobby "Yung Brav" Vielma have fused their unique rap styles to deliver catchy street anthems and sultry club bangers that are sure to get heads moving. Theirs debut single "Lite Em Up and Ball 4 a Minute" of the album The Diary of a Hustle is a sure fire starter. With production from the infamous smokebeatz and rowdy southern crunk lyrics, the single is sure to be a club staple for 2006. The Yung Thugz also teamed up with R&B singer [[Russell Lee] to deliver a smooth and upbeat lady favorite in your eyez. Amidst the madness of preparing for their debut release and promotion for upcomming events, the duo remains optimistic about their future in the southern rap genre. together with their record label "Big E Entertainment", a handful of potential singels and a street team of devoted peers, the duo hopes to bring their band of music to masses in 2006.

Its been four years since Los and Bravo , better known as the Yung Thugz , decided to show the world that South Texas had a voice in Latin Rap and although they have made some childhood dreams come to fruition , the road is no where near complete as they embark on their sophomore studio album for 2008. Having independently sold over 1000 albums of their now regional classic " Diary of a Hustle" LP and toured extensively throughout the Lone Star State, they are ready to venture out and showcase their talents on a national level. to do this they've enlisted the help of some influential artists to set the tone for their new arsenal of hit singles. Among the artists that have lent their talents to this anticipated project are the legendary Kid Frost , Chalie Boy of DSR , Grimm of the Stooie Brothers and a slew of other phenomenal talent. The bar has been set high for this new project and the Yung Thugz promise to deliver their best work yet in '08.to the legion of devoted fans and to those who are just tuning in to the Yung Thug experience , get ready to feel what its like to spend your hard earned cash on an album that's actually worth it .
