Young Dro is an American Hip-Hop rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. He released his debut album Best Thang Smokin' with the lead single "Shoulder Lean".

About
Rapper Young Dro (D'Juan Hart) was born on January 15, 1979 in Bankhead, Atlanta, Georgia. Young Dro is the second born out of five boys. As a child, Dro experienced the tough life moving from house to house due to financial problems. When his family kept on moving he met the artist T.I. At that time, they were doing music for fun but not as a career. It was Dro's friend, Chris "Daddy Mack" Smith, who convinced Young Dro to pursue music. In the 90's Raheem the Dream helped Young Dro kick start his career. In 2002, his singles "Yes Sir" and "I Got That Dro" was on fire.
During this time, T.I was promoting his debut album, I'm Serious, at a radio interview. Young Dro gave the station a call and asked to speak with the rapper. T.I was surprised and asked Dro to meet up with him at a club. They ended up performing together that night. The reunion of the two friends landed Young Dro a contract. In 2006, his debut album, Best Thang Smokin', was issued.
