The album was released on November 18, 2006 under Sony BMG Records. It features the singles, "This Time I Know It's for Real" which chartered at #2 on the Australian Singles Chart, and Happenin' All Over Again" which debuted at #12 on the Australian Singles Chart. The album debuted #4 on the Australian Album Charts and became a certified 2x Platinum.
