Ying Yang Twins is an Atlanta based duo formed on 1999. The duo is consist of Eric "Kaine" Jackson and Deongelo "D-Roc" Holmes.

Formed on 1999, they first got attention only by year 2000 after the released of their debut single "Whistle While You Twurk" which peaked at the 16th spot on R&B charts in the United States.
Their popularity grew further after touring with already famous artist Juz tha King and Demo Dil. The tour led to the released of their first ever debut album thug Walkin' released late 2000.
After they released their second album Alley: The Return of the Ying Yang Twins two years later, the album was so successful among hip hop and rap fans in Southern United States. That they appeared on the album of Lil Jon. As it was so impressive, TVT Records signed them a deal. A milestone for the group as this was their first major record label.
Their first album with TVT Records was Me and My Brother released on 2005. The reception was good as it was certified platinum by RIAA. And yieleded three singles "Whats Happnin!", "Naggin'" and "Salt Shaker".
On 2004, TVT released their My Brother and Me which are mostly remixes and features a bonus DVD. A year later a new album U.S.A. (United State of Atlanta) was released with singles "Wait", "Badd", and "Shake" were dominating the charts.
Two more albums released U.S.A. (Still United), and their last album Chemically Imbalanced was released on late 2006. Chemically Imbalanced features three singles "Dangerous", "Jigglin'" & "1st Booty on Duty".
