Wyclef Jean is a Graamy award winning rapper, reggae artist and a former member of popular hip-hop trio, Fugees. One of his solo album released in The Carnival.

About
Wyclef Jean was born on October 17, 1972 in Croix-Des-Bouquets, Haiti. Wyclef’s family moved to Brooklyn, New York when he was 9 years old. Upon turning into teenager, they transfer in New Jersey. He studied guitar lesson and jazz through his high school music department.
Wyclef joined a rap group with his cousin and Lauryn Hill. They were called Translator Crew then changed their name into Fugees. They signed a recording contract under Ruff Noise Records in 1993 and released their debut album Blunted on Reality. The trio has done 3 hit albums.
Wyclef left the group to pursue his solo career. He released his debut album, The Carnival in 1997. The album went into triple platinum. Wyclef has released four hit albums. His recent album, Carnival Vol. II: Memoirs of an Immigrant was released last December 2007 which features the hit single, "Sweetest Girls".
