Wolfmother is an Australian Hard Rock band who became popular also in other countries following the released of their hit self-titled album.

Wolfmother was formed in 2000 at Australia by, "Andrew Stockdale" on vocal and guitar, "Chris Ross" on bassist and keyboardist and "Myles Heskett" on drums. They signed a recording contract under Modular Records. In that same year their self-titled EP was released and chartered at #35 in The ARIA Singles Chart. After six months, their self-titled studio album was issued. The album landed at #3 on ARIA Albums Chart. It was a Certified 5x Platinum by ARIA. The album also features the hit singles, "White Unicorn" which reached at #33 in Australia Singles Chart, "Mind's Eye" landed at #6 and "Joker and The Thier" which peaked at #9.
