Game Mechanics
Win This CD is brought to you by WikiMusicGuide – The Free Music Guide. This contest is open for music lovers and WikiMusicGuide members of 13 ++ years old and residents of United States of America (USA) ONLY. One (1) winner will be chosen each contest week who will receive one (1) CD.
1. The CD to be given away is the featured Album of the Week and will bear the “Win This CD” logo.
2. The contest preview is available in WikiMusicGuide’s homepage.
3. There will be one (1) “Win This CD” question to be asked for the entire contest week (Monday – Saturday)
4. The “Win This CD” question will be based on the featured Album of the Week.
5. Each participant must provide one (1) correct answer for the question.
6. Every WMG member is qualified to win the CD and is entitled to have one (1) valid entry ONLY for the entire contest week. A regular member has 1 chance of winning. However, if a member shows interest by posting in the album's discussion page, he/she gets another chance of winning; an active WMG member also gets another chance of winning.
7. The answer could be artist’s name, personal data, album, single, song and other factual information related to the featured Album of the Week.
8. Participants must send their entry via email at contest@wikimusicguide.com with the following information:
- 8.1 Full Name
- 8.2 WMG username
- 8.3 Complete Address (please include city, state, and postal code)
- 8.4 Birth Date
- 8.5 Contact Number (fax/telephone, no cellular phone number)
- 8.6 Valid email address
- 8.7 Correct Answer to contest week’s question
9. Submission of entries is on/before 4pm EST, Saturday.
10. One (1) Winner will be picked at the end of each contest week (Every Sunday, 5pm EST) via an electronic raffle.
11. Winners will be notified thru their talk pages and/or email and will be posted in WikiMusicGuide’s home page.
12. Each winner will get the featured Album of the Week to be shipped on the winner’s provided address.
13. Winners are required to write something in their user page and will be featured in the homepage as the Winner of the Week.

- WikiMusicGuide is not to sell and/or ask any monetary contributions from participants to join the contest. The featured CD is given to participant (valid WMG member) with correct answer for the week’s “Win This CD” Question via an electronic raffle.
