The album sold less than its predecessor but the band was not deterred to promote the album. Again, the band performed at local universities like Dundee University and local pubs to gain notoriety for the album. Two singles were released but never made it to any hit chart, though the band had a local fan base that kept them afloat. Still, Snow Patrol kept writing and recording songs until they make it to mainstream success.
