Released on June 6, 2006 by WEA International, the 2006 album of LeAnn Rimes was released only in Europe where it presents a pop-oriented sound. This was due to the success of her latest single "Something's Gotta Give" where it peaked at #2 on Billboard Top Country Songs which has given more sales of the album This Woman.

LeAnn Rimes co-wrote 10 of the 15 songs on the album. The first singles released was "And It Feels Like" which reached #22 on the official UK singles chart. Later on in the United States where it was not physically released, it was given a digital released to iTunes.
