We Are Pilots is the debut album by the American rock band Shiny Toy Guns. The album has three singles "Le Disko", "You Are The One" and "Rainy Monday".

We Are Pilots was released on October 17, 2006 under Universal Motown records. The album hit no.90 on the Billboard 200 and no.1 on the Top Heatseekers chart. The first single "Le Disko" was featured on an episode of The Real World: Sydney. The second single "You Are the One" peaked no.25 on the Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart.
