The album was released on May 8, 2007 under Wea Records. The album chartered at #9 on The Billboard 200 Albums Chart, #1 on The Top Electronic Albums Chart, #4 on the Top Internet Albums Chart and #1 on Top Digital Albums Chart. It features the singles, "Earth Intruders" which landed at #84 on the US Billboard 200 Singles Chart, "Innocence" which chartered at #9 on The Italian Singles Chart and "Declare Independence". The album spent nine weeks at number one on Billboard's Top Electronic Albums chart and in the first three months of release sold over half a million copies worldwide.
