About

Usher was born on October 14, 1978 in the tranquil area of Dallas, Texas but grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He already started singing when he was six (6) years old in the church choir which is led by his mother. At age 12, his family moved to Atlanta and he continued his studies there. It was during his high school year when he was discovered by a record executive company in a talent show. At a very young age of 14, he then became an exclusive recording artist of LaFace Records.

In 1994, Usher hit the industry with the bang when his first self titled album produced by P.Diddy was released. After a year, he was also asked to make a jingle for the Coca Cola holidays commercial. He also done the remake of Let’s Strengthen It Out with another R&B singer, Monica. He then also appeared in some great movies like Texas Rangers with Ashton Kutcher.
