United States is a Psychedelic band who rose to fame via their self-titled debut album.

United States was formed in 1967 by, "Joseph Byrd" on Electronic music with "Dorothy Moskowitz" on lead vocals, "Gordon Marron" on electric violin, "Rand Forbes" and "Craig Woodson" for electric drums. They released their self-titled album, their only album in 1968 with its single, "Hard Coming Love". The album was sold poorly and soon disappeared. Some of the members were arrested due to drug possession, that's why they decided to split up.
