[edit] About
Interpol's debut unapologetically apes the jagged Post-Punk era. But with its tight structures and strong melodies, their excellent dirge-rock is more an extension of the past than an exhumation. The record is well-executed. The tracks are distinctively their own and the band owned up to their Indie Rock genre.
