About

Trinny or Chris Trinidad was born on November 10, 1985 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He first got into the likeness of rap because his mother listened to it. Later his love for hip hop evolved into more that what his parents had imagined. By the time he was 10 years old he was piecing bars together to form rhymes.

When he hit age 13, he started writing to mainstream beats and even trying to freestyle. When the Slim Shady LP had been released, Trinny found his idol in music. He started challenging people in his school to rap battles and gained a small amount of fame there. By this time he was finally ready to start toying around with recording programs such as Magix Music Maker and Cool Edit Pro, he felt the need to make an even bigger name for himself. As the years passed in high school, he had recorded a demo with three tracks on it, one of course, was a diss track to a fellow student whom he had battled.

When 8 Mile was released in theaters, Trinny made an exceptional effort to find a select theater it was playing in due to the rating of the movie. After watching this, he finally decided it was time to make this a career. Once Trinny graduated and got accepted into college, he again made a name for himself. He could be found freestyling at fraternity parties and this is how he hooked up with another MC named Rude Jude whom was part of the WordLife clique. They began recording tracks and freestyling at parties. Trinny's love for music grew so much that he ended up failing out of college after only one semester. Times were tough, and he had no one to record with, so he began to write on his own again.

A couple years later, he decided to join the US Army. While in Augusta, GA, he was looking to record with another record label, but due to a falling out and disagreements, he never did. Now, Trinny is part of the Stay Drunk record label, which includes fellow members, P. Grimy, Nutty, Hussle, J. Paul, Alieu$, Menice, and Unknown. He currently has done tracks with everyone in the group, including a collaboration of almost all the artists on a track titled "Business." Trinny is currently serving in Iraq, but is looking to return in late November and release his album, Dedication. His promoter is IDeliver of IDeliver Ent. Upon his return, he can be found performing at Just 1 and battling at The O Lounge. He is married and has a newborn daughter.
