Tres Chicas is an American Country Trio Group who rose to fame via their album, Sweetwater.

About
Tres Chicas were formed in 1999 by, "Lynn Blakey", "Catlin Cary" and "Tonya Lamm". The three were already friends from way way back before they decided to formed a group. They first performed together at the Raleigh bar. The audience was instantly amazed with the performance of the group. The moniker Tres Chicas wound up sticking after the nameless group was christened such by the club's owner at their first live performance. For the next few years, they performed to some local bars and nightclubs. At last, in 2004, they released their debut album, Sweetwater under Yep Roc Records. Their second album, Bloom, Red and The Ordinary Girl was released in 2006 under Yep Roc Records.
