Thirteenth Step is the second studio album by the metal band A Perfect Circle. It was produced by Billy Howerdel and Maynard James Keenan. The hit singles are "Weak and Powerless", followed by "The Outsider" and "Blue".

Thirteenth Step was released on September 16, 2003 under Virgin recods. The album peaked no.2 on the Billboard 200 chart and no.1 on the Top Canadian Albums. The first single in the album Weak And Powerless featuring instrumentation by Danny Lohner ranked no.1 on the Mainstream Rock Tracks. The second single Blue reached no.21 on the Modern Rock Tracks. The third single "The Outsider" reached no.5 on the Modern Rock Tracks. The album was Certied Gold and Platinum.
