The Way I Feel is the debut album of Canadian singer Remy Shand. The album was mostly a reflection of his personal style which was featured in the songs "The Colour of the Day" and "I Met Your Mercy".

The Way I Feel was released on March 12, 2002 by Motown Records. The album was successful only in Canada and selling roughly 500,000 copies in the United States.


The album features three singles "Take A Message", "Rocksteady", and "The Way I Feel" which reflects his personal style.
