The Truth (album) is the fourth album by the metal band Bleeding Through. The album was produced by Rob Caggiano lead guitarist of Anthrax. The album sold more than 80,000 copies worldwide.

The Truth (album) was released on January, 10, 2006 under Roadrunner records. The album ranked no.48 on the Billboard 200 chart and no.1 on the Top Independent Albums. The first single in the album "Love in Slow Motion". The second single in the album "Kill to Believe" is the favorite song of the bassist Ryan Wombacher because the lyrics of the song means what would be the groups future five years from now. The third single "Line in the Sand" is the only slow song in the album.
