The Slim Shady EP was the second album from Eminem. It was made after his girlfriend, Kim Scott, had left him and he decided the only way to make him happy was to suceed in what he always wanted to do; become a proffesional rapper. With legendary producer Dr. Dre (Andre Romelle Young), he made The Slim Shady EP. As it was so much more succesfull than his first album, Infinite, he decided to make a third album, The Slim Shady LP.
