The Lox is an American Rap Group who rose to fame via their album, Money, Power and Respect.

The Lox was formed in the mid'90's by, "Sheek Louch", "Jadakiss" and "Styles P". They started jamming together since childhood. They signed a recording contract under Interscope Records and released their debut album, Money, Power and Respect in 1998 which landed at #3 on the Billboard Hot 100 Albums Chart, #1 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums Chart and #11 on Top Canadial Albums Chart. Their second album, We Are The Streets was released in 2000.

- Also one of the founding members of The L.O.X., Sheek Louch is a Yonkers-born rapper who has released three solo albums: Walk Witt Me in 2003, After Taxes in 2005, and most recently, Silverback Gorilla in 2008.
