The Life is the third album by Ginuwine. The album sold more million of copies around the world. The biggest hit was the single "Differences".

The Life was released on April 03, 2001 under Epic Records. The album was a success, it went Platinum in U.S. The track "Differences" was #1 on the R&B Charts and Billboard Hot 100. The second single from the album, "There It Is" became a big hit making it no.4 in the Billboard Chart. The following year Ginuwine made his feature film debut on the comedy Juwanna Mann.
