The Last Goodnight is an Alternative band known for its hit single "Picture of You" which became a big hit in the year 2007.

Rock band The Last Goodnight began in 1995. They met in Enfield High in Connecticut. The line up of the band is Kurtis John (vocals and piano), Mike Nadeau (guitar), Anton Yurack (keyboard, vocals and guitar), Leif Christensen (bass) and Larone McMillan (drums). In 2003, the band went to college and there they independently released singles and called themselves Renata. The singles were played on air. Renata bought a van to go on gigs. They later on started opening for Avril Lavigne and Lifehouse. The band decided to change to the name the Last Goodnight. When they were performing in L.A. Jeff Blue was impressed and signed them in with Virgin Records. No time was wasted, they began working in the studio for their debut album, Poison Kiss, which was issued in August 2007.
