The Germs was formed in 1977 at Los Angeles by, "Paul Beahm" and "George Ruthenberg" after they kicked out from University High because of their antisocial behavior. Joining the two are, "Pat Smear" , "Lorna Doom" and "Don Bolles". Their debut album, GI was released in 1979 under Slash Records. After the released of their album, the band decided to disband. However, in 2006, Kelly, Pat and Don reformed the group.
