Thankful is the debut album for pop singer Kelly Clarkson. It was set to be released a few months after she won American Idol, but due to Kelly's demanding schedule and difficulty of finding songs that fits Kelly and her image, the album was released on a later date.

The album was released on April 15, 2003 under RCA Record. It is a Pop album with a total track length of 45:48. This No.1 album included Kelly Clarkson's single "A Moment Like This," which set the record for the biggest leap in the history of Hot 100 when it rocketed from No. 52 to the No. 1 spot.
