Tasmin Archer is a soul/pop/rock singer who rose to fame as a former member of the group "The Archers". She also released a solo album entitled, On.

Tasmin Archer was born on August 3, 1963 in Bradford. She was once a sewing machine operator before joining a group name, "Dignity" as their back up vocalist. After that, she works at Leeds Magistrates Court as a clerk.

Tasmin formed a group called "The Archers" with John Hughes and John Beck. They signed a recording contract under EMI in 1990. They released their first single, "Sleeping Satellite" followed by their debut album, Great Expectations. After two years, she worked as a solo artist and released her solo album, On.
