Strength and Loyalty was released on May 8, 2007 by Interscope Records. This was the first album for Bone Thugs-n-Harmony after nearly five years of drought in the music arena.

The album debuted at number 2 in the Billboard 200 Albums chart and was certified gold. It features two singles released "I Tried" and "Lil Love".
