About
State Property was formed in 2002 by Beanie Sigel with "Omillio Sparks", "Peedi Crakk", "Freeway", "Chris" and "Neef". Omillio Sparks is a rapper from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They signed a recording contract under Rock-A-Fella Records which was owned by popular rapper, Jay-Z. The group released their self-titled debut album in 2003. After that due to indifferences, they decided to disband.
