The debut album as a solo performer of former 98 Degrees member Nick Lachey. The album was forecasted to be successful because of being heavily promoted and the release of the album was during the height of Nick and Jessica's The Newlyweds series. But the album was declared commercial failure because it only sold 171,000 copies in the U.S. The album has 2 single releases, the carrier single Shut Up and the follow up single This I Swear.
