About
Sean Kingston or Kisean Anderson was born on February 3. 1990 at Kingston, Jamaica but was raised as a child in Miami, Florida. At the age of six, he was already interested in music especially dancehall and Hip-Hop. He enjoyed listening to the music of Buju Banton, Ice Cube, and Rakim. He already composed a song at the age of 11; and because of his ability to write ryhmes and hooks, Sean already worked in Miami's talent show with Pitbull, Ludacris and Trick Daddy.
After a while, he sent a demo tape to Jonathan Roten and got his attention who also produced some of the albums by Britney Spears, 50 Cent and Rihanna. Under his Beluga Heights label through Epic Records, Sean released his first single, "Beautiful Girls" last June 2007. This was followed by his self-titled debut album which was released last July 24, 2007. He also released a "street single" entitled "Colours". His latest single, called "Me Love" was just recently issued and is receiving a good amount of airplay.
