The Killers sophomre album is gaining rave reviews and fame again for the band. After a two-year hiatus and recording constantly, the album finally materialized.

Sam's Town is a Rock / Alternative Rock album by The Killers to be released in October 3, 2006 under Island Records and Lizard King.

Their debut album did very well on the mainstream market and this one is expected to do the same, with their first released single When You Were Young, it is dubbed to be a great rock song. The album is said to be influenced by the works of Bruce Springsteen and Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, among others.
