The album was released on October 17, 1989 by MCA Records. It charted at #20 in the Billboard Albums Chart. The album was also a success in Australia reaching #6 in the UK Charts , accrediting double platinum and becoming the twenty-fourth highest selling album for 1990. It features the singles, "Summer Horses" which chartered #30 in the US Singles Chart and #23 in the UK Singles Chart, "La Luna" which became a top forty it in the Australia and UK, "Runaway Horses" landed #10 in the Australia Charts, "Vision of You" and "(We Want) the Same Thing".
