Rubber Soul is an album by The Beatles. It was released on December 3, 1965 by Parlophone, Capitol, and EMI. The album marks a major artistic leap that The Beatles took, entering the Psychedelic era. Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown) is the first pop song to contain a sitar, an exotic Indian stringed instrument.
