Real Fine Place is the fifth album by the country pop singer Sara Evans. It is her best selling album. The album sold 130,000 copies on the first week of its release.

Real Fine Place was released on October 4, 2005 under RCA Records. The album peaked no.1 on the Country Charts and no.1 on the Pop Charts. The album was on top of the Billboard and Record Charts for two weeks. The first hit single of Sara "A Real Fine Place To Start" was a big hit. It was no.1 on the Country Charts and no.3 on the Pop Charts.The second single in the album "Cheatin" which was on top ten. The third single in the album "Coalmine" peaked no.60 before its release date on April 10. The single did not became a big hit due to the coalmine tragedy in West Virginia, even though Sara and RCA Nashville agreed to donate some procedes from the sales of her single to the coalmine victims families. The album had been Certified Gold.
