The album was originally released on July 1967 by Motown Records and was re-released in December 5, 2000 under Polygram International. It charted at #3 in the US R&B Album Charts. The album features the hit singles, Reach Out I'll Be There", "Standing in the Shadows of Love", "Bernadette", "7-Rooms of Gloom", "If I Were a Carpenter" and "Walk Away Renée".
