Private was to be One Chance's debut album but was never released. It had release dates of November 18, 2006 and July 17, 2007.

Private was going to be the initial offering from the R&B group One Chance that contains the single Look at Her. Some guest performers who collaborated with this album includes Akon and D4L's Fabo whilst Shondrae, Chocolate Star and Sounds handled the production load. Eventually though, the full album was not released and had the following incomplete tracklist below. Some of these tracks will be carried over to their new album simply titled One Chance.
