Paul Simon is an American singer-songwriter and guitarist. In 2006, Time Magazine called Paul as one of the "100 people who shape our world". One of his biggest album released was Still Crazy After All These Years.

About
Paul Simon was born on October 31, 1941 at Newark Heights, New Jersey. Their family moved to Kew Gardens Hills, Queens, New York City. Paul's music career began when he and his friend Art Garfunkel began singing together as duo. They both attended High School in Forest Hills. The duos performed occasionally at their school.They were called Tom and Jerry.
They released their first single, Hey, Schoolgirl in 1957 under Big Records, which reached number 49 at the Billboard Pop charts. After they graduated from high school, Paul attended college in Queen while Art attended at Columbia University in Manhattan.
In 1964, Paul and Art signed a recording contract with Columbia Records. Columbia Records called the duo, Simon and Garfunkel. They released several albums under the said recording company.
In 1971, the duo has decided to separate ways. Paul went solo and released his self-titled album, Mother and Child in 1972. He released another album, There Goes Rhymin' Simon in 1973. His next album Still Crazy After All These Years, released in 1975 was said to be his most beautiful album.
In 1985, Paul was included in the popular song, We Are The World. He released his popular album, Graceland in 1986 which won him a Grammy Awards. His album, The Rhythm of The Saints was released in 1990.
His album, You're The One was released in 2000. It was not a successful one unlike his previous albums. Although it was not successful, it received a good reviews from music critics and earned a Grammy Nomination as Album of The Year. He recorded the movie theme song of the cartoon film The Wild Thornberrys Father and Daugher. The song earned a nomination in Oscar Awards for Best Song. His latest album, Surprise was released in 2006.
