Patsy Moore is a Christian Singer who rose to fame via her album, Regarding The Human Condition.

Patsy Moore or Patsy Alexis Moore was born on August 10, 1964 at the West Indian Island of Antigua to "H. Douglas Moore", a North American Career Military and "June Looby", an Antiguan educator. Patsy's family moved frequently when she was a child. Patsy graduated elementary and high school as valedictorian and twice as salutatorian. She took up Broadcasting Journalism at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1982 and performed in a band throughout college. While majoring in Broadcast Journalism, she decided a career in music. In 1988, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee where he met "David Mullen", and asks Patsy to sing with back up on a demo tape. Patsy started to write and sing with others.
Patsy was hired as a staff writer at McSpadden Group. She also signed a recording contract under Warner Bros. Recording Company. Patsy has released two albums, Regarding The Human Condition 1n 1991 and Flower Child's Guide to Love & Fashion in 1993.
