Pain Is Love was released on September 2001 under Def Jam Records. The album had a number of hits such as "Livin' It Up", "Do I Do", "I'm Real", "So Much Pain" and the famous "Always On Time" which peaked at #1 on the Billboard Top 100. The album reached no.1 on the Billboard 200 and stayed for two weeks. The album sold 360,000 copies in the first week of its released.
