It was originally titled as Cable Car but Epic Records changed it to Over My Head because they believed that it would be a lot more easier to remember. Over My Head (Cable Car) is the first single of by the Denver-based band The Fray. It has a piano driven melody. They picked a catholic all-boy school theme for the video. The blonde boy represented Isaac Slade (pianist & vocals) singing to the song. Isaac mentioned that the song is about the fight with his brother, Caleb (the first bassist). The song is seen through Caleb's point of view. The video Over My Head (Cable Car) was fimled in East High School in Denver,CO.
