The 2002 release album by alternative band Dishwalla that goes by the title Opaline proved to be an example of the band's versatility. The band experiments with a different sound and style to spice up their songs while maintaining the heavy rock guitars. Home, one of the album's tracks was featured in 2002 movie The Banger Sisters.

Opaline was acclaimed for the brave experimental acoustic venture of post-grunge band Dishwalla. The album was out in the markets in April 23, 2002 under Immergent Records.

Opening title track Opaline would definitely arouse the interests of listeners with its fantastic rhythm and extraordinary vocals. Satisfied fans marks this album as a great accomplishment. Tracks that are worth listening to are Angels Or Devils and Mad Life. The band sends out a message thru their touching lyrics, but still stays on their genre.
