One Voice is the first album of Billy Gilman before came Dare to Dream. This first album where his first single happens also to be the same soars to #1 on the Billboard Country Singles Sales Chart on June 19, 2000 and stays there for 5 weeks, making Chart history by breaking Brenda Lee's record in 1957.

Released by Sony Music Nashville on June 20, 2000 that contains 10 tracks plus a bonus track entitled 'Til I can Make it on my Own'. This first album shows Billy's ability to be flexible where he showed seriousness as a singer in 'Oklahoma' while on the other side showed some funny things in 'Little Bitty Pretty One'. In the album Billy also paid tribute to Tammy Wynette in Till I Can Make it on my Own.
