One Determined Heart was released on July 23, 2004 under Columbia records. The album hit the no.1 spot on the Australian chart. The first single in the album "Angel Eyes" reached no.2 on the Australian chart and became the Best Selling Single of 2004. The second single "We Can Try" hit no.9 in the ARIA Urban Top 40 Singles chart. The album hit no.86 as the best selling album in Australia for 2004.
