The video was featured in Black and White directed by David Fincher. It features Madonna coming to terms with the abuse and siffering in the hands of her father. The video was so controversial it was almost not played on MTV. Madonna refused to cut scenes in the video which for her particularly depicts the message she was translating in the video. The track is commercially available on Madonna's The Immaculate Collection (1990) DVD/VHS companion.
