Nivea is an American Grammy Award-nominated singer and songwriter. She debuted with her self-titled album on 2001.

About
Nivea Nash was born on March 24, 1982. She is professionally known as Nivea who first appeared on rapper Mystikal's 2000 debut single "Danger (Been So Long)". After the appearance, Jive was impressed with her performance and immediately signed her to a record. The record label released her debut single "Don't Mess With The Radio" on 2001 but it failed to chart resulting her album to be pushed back for another year. The single was reintroduced in the U.S. on 2002 with its new title "Don't Mess With My Man" featuring appearances from Brian Casey and Brandon Casey which quickly made it to Hot 100 singles chart top ten.
Her self-titled debut album was released on December 2002. Though the album was not so successful, in 2003 "Don' Mess with My Man" still managed to be nominated for a Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocals.
Nivea married Terius "The Dream" Nash on 2002 and was blessed with an angel born on 2005 named Navy Talia. Her second album was also a failure where it was severely underpromoted due to its impending pregnancy during the released. So Jive Records gave up on her and on 2006, signed with Formula Records to released her third album Animalistic which was released in Japan on 2006. The album was primarily produced by her husband and is set to have an international released on 2007.
