Nina Gordon is an American singer and a guitarist. She bacame famous after the released of her first album Tonight And The Rest of My Life with the hit singles "Seether" and "Volcano Girls".

Rock singer Nina Rachel Shapiro Gordon founded the band Veruca Salt. Her name became well-known because of her strong voice and guitar playing. In 1998, she left the band to pursue her solo career. In 2000, she released her debut solo album, Tonight And The Rest Of My Life. The following year, Gordon left for LA rented a piano and started writing. She had no one to talk to and it was the very first time she was single since she was 16 years old. Everything poured out which became her music. In 2004, she recorded Bleeding Heart Graffiti with producer Ethan Johns. She did not like them so she scrapped and re-recorded. In 2005, the album was recorded in two days and was released. Jeff Russo from the band, Tonic is Gordon’s fiancé. In November 21, 2006 they had their very first child, Ivy Nightingale Russo.
