Niggaz4Life was released on May, 30, 1991 under Ruthless records. The album ranked no.1 on the Billboard 200 chart and no.2 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart. The first single in the album "Appetite for Destruction" peaked no.4 on the U.S. Rap chart. The single was also featured on The Best of N.W.A. The second single of the album "Alwayz Into Somethin'" featuring Admiral Dancehall reached no.66 on the UK singles chart. It was also featured in the videogame GTA:San Andreas.
