Never Mind The Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols was released on October 28, 1977 under Virgin records. The album ranked no.1 on the U.K. Albums Chart and no.106 on the U.S. Billboard chart. It was also Certified Platinum in other countries. The first single in the album "Anarchy in the UK" reached number 38 on the U.K. Singles chart. It was also used during a robbery scene in the 2006 movie V for Vendetta. The second single "God Save the Queen" hit the no.2 position on the U.K. Chart. It was listed no.173 on the list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time. The third single "Pretty Vacant" was featured in the 1981 Ralph Bakshi movie American Pop.
