Natalie Gauci is an Australian singer who won the 2007 series of Australian Idol. Her first single "Here I Am" appeared on her debut album The Australian Idol winner's.

2007’s Australian Idol winner, Natalie Gauci, was born on November 26, 1981. She began writing her own music at the age 17 years old and enrolled in Victorian College of the Arts. Gauci produced and wrote her debut, Take It or Leave It in 2006. It entered the World Songwriting Contest top 500 the following year and played at the Oz City Song Circle at Los Angeles. Gauci started a band named Natalie Gauci Band. She also had vocal lessons at the Academy of Mary Immaculate.
After auditioning for the Australian Idol at Melbourne, Victoria, Gauci’s stardom was unstoppable. Never failing to impress the judges and audience, Gauci won the title as 2007’s Australian Idol. Later that year she issued her debut album, The Winner’s Journey, peaking at #11 on the charts.
