Mystikal is an American rapper who rose to fame via his self-titled debut album.

About
Mystikal or Michael L. Tyler in real life was born on September 22, 1970 at New Orleans, Louisiana. Mystikal attended high school in Walter L. Cohen High school. After graduating from high school, he serves as a combat engineer in United States Army.
His self-titled debut album was released in 1994. He signed a recording contract under Jive Records in 1995 and released his album, Mind of Mystikal under Jive. The album was an instant hit. His last album, Tarantula was released in 2001.
Mystikal was sentenced to six years in prison in 2001 after he pleaded guilty in forcing his hairstyling to perform sex acts. He also admitted extortion. He was released on probation last January 2007.
